Although the property has a full perimeter fence, the spa and swimming pool can be accessed from doors from the house. Access to the pool should be restricted by closing and locking the doors (including top locks) unless a responsible adult is supervising swimmers. Please note that the upstairs dwelling may be occupied during your stay.Please note that this property is located on the Auckland North Shore, a 15-20 minute drive from the Auckland City Centre.No pets are allowed, but a small house trained (non shedding) dog may be considered on a case by case basis.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
