THE HOUSE
Arranged over four floors and accessed via a private entrance from the cobbled mews — no steps or communal stairs required — the house is a completely self-contained, entirely private residence for up to 6 guests.
Lower ground floor: The cinema and entertainment room has a 60` Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime etc, and a double sofa bed — a spectacular private space for evenings in. A guest cloakroom with WC and basin provides convenient bathroom access for all guests.
Ground floor: A beautifully appointed reception room with solid hardwood floors, bespoke bookcase, and a dining table seating 8. The fully fitted kitchen with marble worksurfaces and a Sub-Zero refrigerator is equipped for everything from a simple breakfast to a dinner.
First floor: The second bedroom has a king bed, quality carpet, bespoke fitted wardrobes, safety deposit box, and electronic blinds. Its full marble ensuite has a large double rainhead shower, his-and-hers basin, heated towel rail, hotel-quality towels, shower amenities, and shaver charging point.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The Mews is approached through its own gated arch off Walton Street — a private, cobbled cul-de-sac with no public access, part of the Hans Town Conservation Area in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. Average property values on the mews exceed £5 million. To stay here is to experience Knightsbridge not as a visitor, but as a resident.
Harrods is one minute from the mews entrance. Harvey Nichols, the luxury boutiques of Sloane Street, and the restaurants of Beauchamp Place and Brompton Road are all within minutes. Hyde Park is a short walk north. Sloane Square and the King`s Road are to the south.
Knightsbridge tube (Piccadilly line) is approximately 2 minutes away — direct to Mayfair, King`s Cross, and Heathrow. South Kensington and Sloane Square are both within comfortable walking distance. The South Kensington museum quarter and the Royal Albert Hall are approximately 15–20 minutes on foot.

The Mews is a private residential conservation mews. Quiet hours apply between 21:00 and 09:00. We ask all guests to be respectful of the mews community throughout their stay.
