Built in the 1880’s and converted into a dwelling, this delightful cottage is situated less than 500 metres from the seafront, Lytham Green and the historic windmill. Perfect for golf breaks, there is the famous Royal Lytham and St Annes Golf Club, along with many other courses in the area. Lytham has a variety of independent shops to browse and plenty of cafés, restaurants and pubs to choose from. The green plays host to numerous events throughout the year, including Lytham Festival, and the Wartime Weekend which celebrates the 1940’s era with style. Enjoy year-round live entertainment at the Lowther Pavilion in Lowther Gardens and a visit to the historic Georgian Lytham Hall is a must. The town of St Annes (3.5 miles) has a stunning beach and traditional Victorian pier, and the vibrant town of Blackpool is just 8.5 miles away. The scenic Lake District is just a 1 hour drive away.
