Summary: Absolutely cracking place to stay in Beddgelert. We were right beside a narrow gauge railway (The Welsh Highland Railway (WHR) or Rheilffordd Eryri) and had the River Glaslyn and the grave of Gelert on the other side. The one bedroom holiday cottage has a landscaped enclosed garden which is great for the dog, and also stops the sheep coming in. The cottage has got a woodburning stove, but also C.H. too which gets toasty inside pretty quickly. It has an dedicated integral laundry/drying room, which is a very handy piece of kit when you get back soaked from a walk in the countryside. The hosts Alison and Steve are a delightful couple, and are onsite if any help is required.
