The property is near lots of major attractions including Flamingo Land Resort, The North Yorkshire Moors Railway, Eden Camp museum and Castle Howard, whilst Pickering, York, Scarborough and Whitby are all within a short driving distance from the property. Sleeping 9 guests, this dog friendly property is a great base for enjoying local scenic walks and exploring all that the area has to offer.

The Space:
Modern and homely in style, Overcarr House has a spacious living area with plenty of light flooding in. Comfy sofas, a matching chair and a large TV make up the living space where you can relax with your loved ones. The living space at Overcarr House doesn't end here though, as there is another living area with a TV. It is also perfect for playing games with your little ones.
You'll be able to make the most of your self-catering stay as the kitchen is fully equipped.
The property has four cosy bedrooms with premium bed linens and plush bedding. On the first floor, you'll find two double bedrooms, a twin room, and the family bathroom. The main double room has its own private ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub, WC and wash basin.
Upstairs on the second floor, there is the final bedroom which boasts a double bed, as well as a single. This is the ideal spot for families staying with children and teenagers and what's more, there is even an ensuite shower room as part of this bedroom.
Head outside and you'll find a generous garden with a private hot tub.
Overcarr House is next door to Overcarr Cottage, with the two properties sleeping up to 15 guests between them. Please enquire about availability.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Private parking is available for two vehicles at Overcarr House.
The washing machine, chest freezer and an additional fridge can be found in the shed.
Hen & stag dos are strictly not allowed at the property.

The quiet village of Kirby Misperton is within close proximity of the two historic market towns of Pickering and Malton, both of which can be reached by road in quick time.
Adjacent to the village lies one of the most popular amusement parks in England, Flamingo Land Theme Park and Zoo making Kirby Misperton a great holiday location for families with children.
Getting Around:
Kirby Misperton has great bus links. Hop on the 175 bus route which runs between Pickering and Malton, with stops are various villages in the area. The 176 runs through to Kirkbymoorside, whilst the 840 Coastliner will take you through to the cities of York and Leeds, or to Whitby on the Yorkshire coast if you head in the other direction.
The closest train station to Kirby Misperton is located in Malton and it's a short 20-minute drive from Overcarr Cottage. From Malton there are regular routes to Scarborough, York, Leeds, Manchester and Liverpool.
