Positive: The location is outstanding, so peaceful & quiet, we love it here. The big ennclosed is great for our little dog to play in. It was winter & the cottage has hardly any central heating but we found the various portable fires, along with the one in the living room to be adequate, we were lovely & warm. We have been here befoer & will always stay here when we come to visit family in Malton, it's a lovely comfortable cottage. Lovely country walks. A fabulous local pub & Malton is easily acessable, only a 10 min leisurly drive away
