A small quiet cottage on the outskirts of Faringdon, rustic furniture throughout, enclosed cottage garden at the rear. The room available is south facing with lovely views of the garden. Summary: The place wasn’t bad, but there’s a mistake in the description of the house — it’s actually a B&B. The owner sleeps in the living room, and it should be clearly stated that he stays in the same house. The house is small, and if you book it for a family of six, it feels cramped. Honestly, I felt uncomfortable knowing the owner was sleeping in the living room. I thought I had booked the entire house, but that wasn’t the case.
