Positive: Village of Muddiford was a good location Cottage was comfortable

Negative: Cottage is not suitable for anyone with even slight mobility problems. Steps uneven up to the cottage and handrail should go the full length of the steps. Parking is not good. Only just takes 2 cars. Road is very busy. It felt quite dangerous to get in and out of the car. Happily we didn’t have children to manoeuvre out of the car but we did have a dog. Not able to use oven as we were unable to turn it on. Pre arrival notes ask us to put any dirty crockery in the dishwasher. Alas, no dishwasher! Could benefit a rubber bath mat to prevent slipping. Garden is very overgrown.

Summary: Pleasant stay but would not return.
