In a great position, with the Mid Links Park across the road to the front and a short walk to Montrose’s magnificent sandy beach this is a great choice if you do not want to drive everywhere. The High Street is an easy stroll with shops and eateries and there are good tennis courts and bowling greens again within walking distance. Summary: Dezzy's is located close to shops and eating places. The town has a choice of 3 major supermarkets, a variety of useful shops, a railway station and a regular bus service in both directions. There is also a local bus which loops round the town and supermarkets. There is a tiny shop just round the corner from the house, handy for last minute essentials. There is a pleasant large park right across the road, stretching for a long way and popular with dog walkers and small children, giving the area an open feel. The house is well equipped with basic utensils and has the expected pots and pans and crockery. There is a large fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.We loved the sofa recliners, tv is a good size. Beds were comfortable, though there were only two pillows on the double beds. We would have liked the option of more but that is personal preference. Heating system was easy to use and very efficient, giving constant hot water. The house was very comfortable and quickly felt like home.
