Positive: The location is excellent, close to everything we wanted to visit and just steps from a grocery store. One of the highlights was having air conditioning in each room, which made it easy for everyone to set their preferred temperature—super helpful during warmer/cold days. The beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, including a coffee machine and all the appliances we could need. Another plus: the bathroom and toilet are in separate spaces, which is always convenient when traveling in a group. Check-in was smooth thanks to the clear instructions

Negative: There were a few things that could be improved. The second bedroom has a smaller double bed and no door, just a curtain, which offers limited privacy. That room and the living room can be quite noisy at night, with frequent sirens and street noise (including people shouting), which may be disturbing for light sleepers. Also, while the living room has two sofas, neither of them can be extended into a bed, which might be useful for larger groups. We also experienced some maintenance issues: the shower door didn't close properly, and for two days the toilet tank didn’t stop filling, which caused water to run continuously. Since it’s a built-in system, we had to remove the front panel ourselves to shut it off, which was quite frustrating.
