2 Bolowthas Court is a large, spacious three bedroomed first floor apartment enjoying spectacular, uninterrupted views over Newquay Bay on the North Cornish Coast.

FACILITIES

Furnished and equipped to an excellent standard 2 Bolowthas Court has a lovely leather suite comprising a two and three seater leather sofas and a large leather armchair all with an electric function. A double set of fully opening bifold doors lead out onto the balcony so guests can either have breakfast or, relax in the recliner chairs to enjoy the glorious views out to sea. There is a designated car space for the apartment.

LOCATION

The apartment is perfectly located for the family seaside holiday being a few minutes walk from three superb beaches Porth, Lusty Glaze and Tolcarne, the Chester Road shopping complex and further along the cliff top is Newquay town centre with its bars, cafes, restaurants and shops.

KITCHEN

A fully fitted kitchen with integral appliances which include a four ring gas hob and electric oven, another built in electric grill and oven. Microwave, separate fridge and freezer, dishwasher.

LOUNGE AND DINING AREA

The lounge area contains a large curved three seater leather sofa, a two seater sofa, a large armchair plus a leather swivel reclining chair with footstool. The sofas and armchair have the added benefit of recliners. A large screen Freeview TV with a DVD player together with a DAB radio, CD player and iPod dock, side tables with lamps.

The dining area has a large chrome and glass table with six leather upholstered high back chairs. Family board games, jigsaws and books are stored in the side cupboard.

HALLWAY

There is a utility room off the hall containing an iron, ironing board, together with a separate washing machine, condenser dryer and hoover.
