As you enter this charming and stylish Carrstone brick property via the back door which is accessed via the gate next to the garage and parking space, you arrive in the kitchen/dining area and immediately get a real home away from home feel. The well-equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing a light snack or hearty meal with its electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. You have a more informal area to sit and enjoy some food or drinks at the kitchen island which has two bar stools or perhaps for a more social spot for dinner with loved ones you have the dining table which can seat up to six guests. Heading through to the lounge you have a comfortable three-seater sofa and two armchairs which surround a Smart TV - perfect for catching up on your favourite show by the open gas fire.
