This beautifully converted barn conversion is set within 18 acres of rural countryside in the heart of the Gower peninsular. The barn is one of two properties next to the owners’ home and set in a relaxed and peaceful location. You’ll have beautiful views from this holiday property, stay near and walk around the grounds and the lake, ponds, wildflower meadow. There is a children’s play area, so you’ll have plenty of options for entertainment. Staying in the Gower means that the scenery all around you is amazing so why not start with a trip to Rhossili Bay (11 miles) and see the infamous Worm’s Head. The Gower Surf School, in Caswell Bay, is only 8 miles away if you want to have an exhilarating time in the water. For sand of a different type, there are numerous golf courses nearby including Langland Bay (7 miles), Clyne (6.5 miles), Fairwood (4.5 miles) and Pennard (4.5miles).
The barn has been tastefully decorated throughout and provides a lovely holiday home for families. The entrance opens into the open-plan lounge and dining area. Relax after a day exploring the area in the comfortable lounge with a book. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook up a family meal and when it is time to eat, the dining area seats all guests. Off the hallway you will find the three bedrooms, two king-size rooms, one with en-suite and one twin bedroom. The family bathroom completes the property.
The games room is just the place to get together and enjoy a competition of pool before you relax and appreciate the views from the decking area, which overlooks a fenced play area, fields, woodlands and a large wildflower meadow - as well as a pond with geese and ducks. This leads further on to a wooden summerhouse with a large deck overlooking a lake.
