Dunkeld and Birnam with an ancient cathedral and period houses, is a great day out on the banks of the River Tay with unique shops, great eating places and unusual exhibitions to visit. With easy access to the A9, the cities of Perth, Dundee and Edinburgh are popular for interesting and varied days out.
