Lovely vacation home with private pool 21 km from Nice and 13 km from Saint-Paul-de-Vence. The villa has an enclosed garden and a poolhouse with outdoor shower. Adjacent to the 6 x 12 m pool is a nicely furnished terrace. La Gaude is a village on the banks of the Var River and was long the home of French writer Marcel Pagnol. With its cobbled streets, old churches and beautiful facades, it makes a charming impression. The cemetery also boasts exceptional architectural gems. Take advantage of a very lively leisure center with an ecomuseum, cinema, theater and numerous shows. For active vacationers, wooded hills await for beautiful excursions.
