A visit to the resort would not be complete without a memorable boat trip to the island of Caldey, where visitors can share the serenity of the Cistercian monks, who have made this holy island home for hundreds of years. For a family day out, visit the awarding-winning leisure attractions of Oakwood, Heatherton and Folly Farm. Beach 10 miles. Shop 1½ miles, pub and restaurant 50 yards.
