Patio doors lead straight out onto a decked outdoor area with modern garden furniture, the perfect spot for a sundowner or morning coffee. Through then to a separate living/dining area with flame effect electric fire, comfortable sofas and dining table seating six, providing the group with yet another place to relax, watch TV or pop through to the lovely sunroom to read a book or listen to music.
