As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third and fourth bedrooms contains double beds.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom upstairs has a toilet and sink and a bath.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am.
- No Smoking or parties allowed - you will be asked to leave after warning
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- one small well behaved dog welcome
- Please note, no visitor to the premises overnight who was not booked and paid for. Home to house registered guests only!

Recycling and collection is every Thursday if ur in for a while. I have left the black bin out for this Thursday( general waste) and next Thursday is recycling.
Glass i.e. bottles - goes in the red container
Plastic and metals - goes into the black box
Paper, cardboards - goes into the blue box
General waste - goes into the black bin/ wheely bin outside.
Garden waste - brown bin.
