Closer to home, a popular Inn (around 2 miles) provides a welcoming option for food and drink, while Barnstaple offers a wide selection of delightful shops, charming cafés and stylish restaurants, plus the tidal River Taw runs nearby.
On arrival, a practical porch provides space for muddy boots, sandy shoes and dry robes before stepping into the impressive statement hallway, crowned with a luxe chandelier.
