The South West Coast Path runs along the shoreline, connecting Mawgan Porth to the south and Porth Beach to the north, while Bedruthan Steps – a dramatic run of cliff-backed coastline – lies further along the trail. Newquay and its seven bays sit to the south, offering further variety for coastal exploring. On the ground floor, a patio area extends from the bedrooms, with doors leading out from each of the four rooms. A store room houses a wetsuit rack, and an outside surf shower is on hand for rinsing off after the beach. The building incorporates sedum roofs and brise soleil for natural temperature control. Two EV charge points are located in the village car park, shared with other properties in the development. Private parking is available for two cars.
