Positive: Location, facilities, balcony, peacefulness, layout, comfort.

Negative: There was a strong smell of dampness downstairs in the bedrooms. Couldn’t put clothes away in drawers as mouldy and damp. So lived out of suitcases. Decking area on balcony run down and rotten in places, a loose balustrade on the balcony. We gad to clean all the outdoor chairs and table before we could use them as they were filthy and covered in cobwebs.

Summary: Overall a lovely location, peaceful, comfortable and pleasant but a bit rundown in and around the property.
