Positive: We liked the location, a nice little walk to the wonderful Cemaes Bay High Street. The neighbours were friendly. The house was nice, large rooms. The water pressure shower wise was excellent. We were warned that the side gate had come off. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. There is a drive. When you are packing a car ahead of a massive storm , that is amazingly convenient.

Negative: The key lock is nearly on the floor and not in the door way, an unusual location. We all had problems getting down to it and once opened, the little door fell off and we had trouble getting it back. The first coat hook fell off the wall completely when the dog lead was put on it. It was freezing. I’ve been ill and was voting to leave for the first hour. Eventually found the boiler, it’s in a different/separate part of the house outback. We were leaving at the end of the week, when we found the welcome booklet, it’s in the back of the dining room. The walls are paint patched, the noise downstairs is the fridge. The mantelpiece isn’t fully fixed to the wall, my mum only touched it and gave the warning and none of us went near after that. The mattress in our room was very comfortable but noisy, you dreaded turning over. The shower door did not close until my husband fixed it. It’s a holiday home that feels like it’s had a very tough life. Oh no towels, not mentioned that I could find on booking.com, though stated on Sykes. There’s no towels folks, bring some. There was a hand towel and tea-towels.
