On entering the property at first-floor level, you’ll be greeted by two gorgeous bedrooms, both benefiting from en-suite facilities. Also on this floor is a sociable games room for spending a fun evening with family and friends. Unwind here, watching the Smart TV, playing pool, or enjoying a game of table football. Aspiring climbers can test their skills on the scramble wall. This room opens onto a balcony with spectacular countryside views. Heading down to the ground floor, discover an impressive, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner overlooking the lake.
