We have some exciting news for Minster House in 2021! We have built a very snazzy indoor spa and wet room which is now included in the price for any new bookings made from November 2021. The hot tub seats 6 people with a seating area next to it, so that guests can all sit and relax together. The spa comes with Bluetooth speakers and lighting and is the perfect place to relax, in complete privacy after a day of sightseeing and shopping. Check out the photos on our site.

Minster House is a mix of City Centre living and home comforts and is set back approximately 20 meters off the beautiful and historic road of Bootham. Passing the grand Georgian Registry Office, 2 local shops for convenience foods, a quaint circular tower plus the fine Georgian buildings of Bootham School. This then leads you directly to the beautiful 'Bootham Bar the gate to the City Walls all within 5 minutes!!

Summary: We were a family group of 9 wanting to experience the tourist attractions of York. We had 2 cars between us and there was ample parking. This house met all our needs in that everywhere we wanted to go was within easy walking distance with no need to take the car. The house was well-equipped and warm although some of the showers could have been a bit warmer.
