Positive: This property was very clean and very nicely furnished. It comfortably accommodated 13 of us, was very warm and cosy. The kitchen and dining space was very nice, with lots of crockery, pots and pans to cook for lots of people and the dining room table was great to fit everyone around to have a proper meal together. Equally, the lounge accommodated us all comfortably so we could all chill together. There are also several bathrooms and toilets so never had to wait or share. Bedrooms were big, with big beds, clean and fresh linen (like a Premier inn!) The location was amazing, with brilliant views out to sea and in easy walking distance to the seafront, town centre and tram. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Negative: On the lead up to our stay I tried to contact the property several times with some queries and it was a struggle to receive any straightforward replies (although this was over the Christmas period and prior to this a query was answered very well.) Secondly, only 4 out of 13 of us had a shower/bath before the hot water ran out and took hours to come through again - maybe an electric shower with water on demand would solve this. Reluctant to write a negative as we loved the property but this is definitely something to consider.

Summary: Brilliant, clean property for our friends and families New Year’s stay
