70 Skipper Way is a spacious modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom ground-floor apartment that overlooks the Ouse River. The Ouse River is visible from the living room and one of the bedrooms. The apartment has a King En-suite bedroom with side cabinets and a built-in wardrobe. The second bedroom is a Twin bedroom that has the use of a separate family bathroom with a bath and a handheld shower, a toilet, and a sink.
The apartment has an open-plan concept living, dining, and kitchen space, a kitchen island, and four bar stools. There are French doors that look out onto the river. There is a corner sofa and armchair with side tables and table and chairs for four, sideboard and Tv. The kitchen is modern with integrated appliances. There is a microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and fridge freezer are all built-in appliances in the kitchen.
