Positive: The area was beautiful however the 2 nearest pubs have shut.

Negative: You could hear every word from above apartments, also our apartment is really cold and when asked for code to turn heating up you said was broken. Also noticed her bed was put together with cable ties, you advertise breakfast which when asked yes validate reason for stop doing this but still in welcome brochure on table when we arrived. You also said lovely garden and pet friendly however please take your dog for a wee 1st as you didn't want dog having a wee on grass. The kitchen tap you have to hold or it will come out. The skirting board in sitting room hanging off the wall. The bedroom light in main bedroom not fitted right. 3 of table chairs were loose. The on_suite toilet and shower room stick of stale urine. The cables behind tv all loose not pet or dog friendly. You charged £40 for 1 and half hour which is a disgrace bearing in mind after paying Pennies under £600. The lounge ceiling is all stained. The cobwebs are unreal in the apartment. The TV keeps losing signal and when asked about me logging onto my Netflix account you totally dismissed my messages. When we used hot tub you have quickly found damage which i dont believe was caused by myself or my daughter yet you have blamed us so you can keep my £150 deposit even know you give clear instructions to a 11 yr old child and not an adult. I certainly wouldn't come back here and I will be certainly wouldn't recommend your apartments if anything i will be telling people to stay well clear from this property's.
