Positive: The location is incredible, 5 mins walk to the beach and Ciboure village, 10 mins walk to Saint Jean de Luz. Washer with dryer was a welcome surprise.

Negative: We arrived and the place was filthy: dust on all surfaces, deep mould in the shower, dirty towels, cobwebs outside. We asked them to fix it and they did nothing.

Summary: Great base for a short stay
