Positive: We liked everything. We were upgraded to the studio which was amazing with a lovely sofa, big room and bed. Excellent shower room. Breakfast choice was amazing, freshly made scones also an option. A fruit dish that was out of this world. Ann and Madge could not have looked after us better. We were welcomed into their living room and we had a lovely evening (gin and whisky helped). We had to leave early for our ferry (which was subsequently cancelled due to the storm) Ann was up to welcome us with packed breakfast (feed the 5,000) and to come back if there were issues with the ferry. We arrived back to a warm welcome and were able to stay the extra night. With the bonus that they fetched Fish & Chips for us that evening. We cannot thank both Ann and Madge enough for their hospitality and kindness, they were truly amazing and such wonderful people to have met.
