Positive: Really nice and communicative host. It was really nice and clean, the setup was perfect for us travelling as a family of 4 with two young kids who could sleep in the adjoining room, complete with soft toys which the girls loved! We had our own large bathroom and could also use the shared kitchen and balcony for breakfast. You could cook something more substantial if you wanted as the kitchen was well kitted out. There was free parking on the road outside and we were less than 10 minutes drive to the city centre, there is free parking on the ring road and then you're only a short stroll into the centre. We really enjoyed our stay and have recommended it to others, we'd also happily stay again if we were in the area. Bruges is lovely!

Negative: I'm knit picking but; the floor is a bit creaky but not a problem also the lighting in the room was bit dim, one of the bedside lights wouldn't work which didn't help, presumably due to the daisy chained electrical cord which was beneath the bed.

Summary: A lovely homestay perfect for young families and convenient access to Bruges city centre!
