Newly converted barn on the site of a former farm house. Nestled on the edge of the picturesque village of East Budleigh, a stone's throw from the Sir Walter Raleigh public house serving delicious food and fine ales. We are a mile from the birthplace of Sir Walter Raleigh, just 2.3 miles from the pebble beach of Budleigh Salterton and the Jurassic coast foot path. The small coastal town of Exmouth is just 6 miles away with stunning Estuary walks and miles of golden beach. Woodbury common can be reached by foot as can beautiful walks along the river Otter - look out for Otters and Beavers. There is excellent off road and road cycling from the property. The Barn has a large living / dining area with stunning exposed timber beams. There is one double bedroom with drawers and small hanging rail. The second bedroom can either have a King size bed or two small (2ft6" wide) single beds, please notify us of your preference when booking. We have a cot or travel cot available depending on where you would like it set up and how many guests in your party. A galley kitchen and shower room complete the accommodation. A small private courtyard garden overlooks adjoining fields and the neighbouring brook. There is off road parking on site. Dogs are welcome. The property benefits from underfloor heating throughout.
