The kitchen is fully-equipped, so if you feel like whipping yourself up a meal, feel free to help yourself to all the provided utensils and appliances.
There are 2 bedrooms, and they are both a very good size. You'll find in each room, a double bed that's been fitted with hotel-quality linens.
There is also a lovely bathroom where you'll find we have provided fresh towels and free eco-friendly toiletries for your convenience.
In our home, your health comes first. We follow an enhanced cleaning protocol, with professional cleaning, and strategic disinfection.

A quiet neighbourhood with lovely neighbours; it's generally quite peaceful here despite being so central. There is a park only a 5-minute walk away, the seafront is about a 10-minute walk away, 5 mins drive from the Weston General Hospital, 16 minutes to the train station and 23 mins to the town centre.
Close by are two convenience stores and several takeaway establishments.
Most of Weston-super-Mare is walking distance.
However bus stops are found near by to the Property and the train station is 20 min walk away.
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
