Located in the heart of historic Richmond, this newly renovated apartment features large arched windows with fantastic views of Richmond castle from both bedrooms & views of the beautiful town from the open plan living space.
It’s a short stroll away from the River Swale & waterfalls, only a few feet from the castle & just yards from the cobbled market square where most of the cafes, bars & shops are found.

A well equipped, bespoke kitchen (handmade by a local joinery company) with an electric fan double oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle, blender, coffee machine and toaster.
A bespoke dining table with seating for four, which can also be doubled up as a work station.
Living Room -
An open plan living space with a comfy corner sofa, loveseat and a Smart TV (including apps such as Netflix, Amazon, BBC iPlayer, YouTube etc).
Bedroom 1 -
Master bedroom with king size bed, blackout curtains and plenty of storage space including a double wardrobe with drawers. Hair dryer provided.
