This space is ideal for sharing meals with friends and family, whether it’s a casual breakfast or a festive dinner. Upon arrival, complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits await you, providing a warm welcome after a long journey. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, washing pods, and dishwasher tablets. There is private parking for three cars at the front of the property. The area itself is perfect for walking around, but there is a bus stop just outside the Elmer Sands Estate which goes to Bognor Regis and onwards to Chichester. The nearest train stations are Littlehampton, Ford and Bognor Regis.

Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.

One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on your holiday in the cottage, for an additional fee of £30 to cover extra cleaning. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age).
- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
- Please do not allow them upstairs or on the furniture or into the ground floor bedroom.
- Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property.
- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house.
