About this space
My home is a beautiful country cottage. Full of antiques and oil painting. The entire cottage is to rent with 3 double bedrooms. The bedrooms are sumptuous with top of the range Egyptian bedding feather pillows and feather duvets. There’s one king sized bed . 1 Queen sized bed and 1 double bed.
I renovated the place top to bottom a while ago . Guests will have 2 bathrooms. Because it is my home, my belongings are still there. If you like minimalist style my home isn’t for you !
The space
We are just off the m62. Very close to Shibden hall . The drama Gentleman Jack is filmed there . They are open to the public. I’m also Close to the famous piece hall. Many wonderful events held at piece hall weekly .Short drive to Howorth bronte country. Also reasonable drive to the beautiful Dales. . Lake District a bit further. Leeds very close fantastic train service. Train service to London direct from Low Moor Brighouse several daily.

My home is full of lovely antiques and many original oil paintings. I love doing my own interior designing and have enjoyed doing my home to a very high standard. It was totally renovated a while ago .Everything was newly done.
Guest access
There are some lovely walks right outside my front door. This place is in green belt full of beautiful views and country walks .. Very close to Piece Hall Shibden hall as in gentlemen Jack.
Other things to note
Dog friendly atmosphere with plenty wonderful walks on my door step.£20 per day per dog per stay is required. I do not permit dogs to use my lawn to go to the toilet. I also have small grandchildren so think it’s a bit unhygienic when young ones are rolling around the garden ! I do hope you can understand this . There are plenty fields for them to go in .

DOGS MUST NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. It’s not fair to them they don’t know my home and very disturbing for the neighbours if they start howling and barking which has happened in the past.

Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture.
I have a barbecue for guests to use. In my lower garden.

I do have a standard ring door bell with a camera on both doors . My neighbours next door also have one on their 2 doors.

There are also security cameras on Ox heys lane . This extra security is for the safety and well being of us all .
