The Granary is a fantastic dog-friendly barn conversion situated on our own working farm. We are on the clifftops between the golden sandy beaches of Porthcothan Bay and Treyarnon Bay.

We are short walk across 3 fields will take you to the stunning South-West coastal path. We are a 10 minute drive from Padstow and we are also lucky enough to have our small village of St Merryn only 5 minutes away. They have been recently refurbished with new bathrooms and kitchens.
The Granary is also open plan downstairs with a large kitchen/dining room and lounge leading out through french doors onto a walled patio with picnic table and BBQ, adjacent to a shared courtyard. At the front is a shared area with lawn and off-road parking spaces.
Upstairs is particularly bright and airy with high pitched ceilings and open beams. There is a family bathroom with bath, loo, basin and separate shower, 1 twin bedroom, 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room, loo, and basin. The master bedroom has french doors leading out to a fantastic sunny balcony which is fully enclosed for safety and has steps that go down to the outside area.
