The downstairs offers a large family kitchen and living area, with full height fridge and separate freezer, two ovens, dishwasher, and Kitchenaid appliances. A large extendable table can seat 12 people, there are also two Stokke High Chairs (the toddler bar can be added upon request) The kitchen opens up onto the garden with large Bifold doors to enjoy the sunshine from 10am until sunset. There is a coal BBQ provided which is on the decking area. The outdoor sofas offer a place to unwind from city life and sit in the sun. There is also a separate sunny Living room downstairs which has two sofas and an armchair. There is a television in this living area which has both Netflix and amazon prime on and can be used by guests. Downstairs also has a toilet and washing machine and sperate tumble dryer, both Siemens. The First Floor has three bedrooms; a king-sized double, a single that can be made into a twin room upon request and a toddler bedroom (this contains a larger than normal toddler bed and can sleep a child up to aged 6 in) Both children's mattresses are organic and come with mattress protectors. Both of the children's rooms have a large selection of toys in them, and one has a piano in. All of these things can be used with care. The first floor also contains the family bathroom with a stone roll top bath and rainfall shower, and Cowshed products. The Second floor contains the master double suits which offers a large space to relax especially of the bifold windows are opened up on a sunny evening. It also has a desk area in case anyone needs to work in the quiet of the attic. The second floor also contains a shower room with cowshed products and some extra bathroom essentials in case anything is forgotten on your trip.
