Summary: Fabulous property, really well arranged house. The only real problem we had was that my two sons are tall, 6ft2 and 6ft4. They need beds without footboards (they had their partners with them, if they had been alone they could have slept diagonally in the bed) but those beds were in rooms with sloping ceilings. The landing and bathroom ceilings on the attic floor are particularly dangerous for the tall. They did bang their heads regularly inspite of me suggesting they went about on their knees up there. Perhaps you could move the beds without footboards to the rooms with high ceilings? One more thing, lovely olde worlde dining room but no serving dishes so we had to have the saucepans on our beautifully dressed birthday meal dining table. Otherwise a really wonderful stay.
