Positive: communication before arrival, self check-in, doors on code, free parking lot in front of building, communication and help with the CCTV footage of a car crashing into me in the parking lot, great shower

Negative: noise during the nigh - close to busy road with trucks and not soundproof window, too much of plug-in air freshener and reed diffuser, there is a wooden creaking staircase on the floor you can hear the noise from both 4 rooms and the staircase, blue Polish car hit my car overnight in the parking lot in front of the accommodation, towels that don’t absorb water, they just feel nice
