Summary: Checking in was at the bar of a very busy pub. When we arrived at our room (no7) we found it to be clean but have a strong chemical smell. This smell remained throughout our stay. We were disappointed there was no tv within the room - something we have never experienced in a hotel room before. The bed was very uncomfortable-mattress springs could be felt when laying on the bed. When you entered the on-suite shower room you could hear conversations from the bar downstairs-floor around water pipes to the sink were not sealed and noise transmitted upwards from bar.
