Located on the left hand side as you cross the corridor, the colourful and warm living room features a sofa, a few armchairs, a TV and a decorative fireplace. The walls are painted in blue and are decorated with lovely artwork and there is plenty of natural light coming through the large windows. One person can sleep on the single sofa bed if needed, on request.
KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
The bight and spacious kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with all the utilities needed for preparing a nice meals and boasts views of the private garden. There is a dining table for 6-8 people nicely placed by the glass doors opening onto the garden.
FIRST BEDROOM
The 3 bedrooms and bathroom are located on the first floor. Finished with pink paint on the walls and boasting natural light coming through the bay windows, this lovely room offers a king sized bed, bedside lamps and tables, a chest of drawers and wardrobe. The windows look over the garden.

Finished with wooden floors, this warm and cosy bedroom offers a king sized bed, a wardrobe and beside tables.

This room is located next to the second bedroom and features a single bed, a mirrored wardrobe and a library

This spacious bathroom features a single wash basin, a WC and a bath tub with overhead shower.

Off the corridor, under the stairs, is the utility cupboard fitted with a washing machine.
GARDEN
The private garden can be accessed through the kitchen’s back doors and features a table with chairs for dining al fresco, as well as green clear space for games and exercise routines. At the back of the garden is a shed with gym equipment.
