Positive: I had a pleasant experience at the apartment, and the location is excellent, situated just behind the Martinez Hotel and a few minutes away from the famous beach La Croisette. The apartment is well-equipped, with plenty of utensils, plates, pots, pans, and a coffee maker. One aspect I would mention is the size of the refrigerator, which is a bit small. Additionally, while I did not have any issues with the kitchen, I recommend washing the dishes before use, as there is no dishwasher, and each guest is responsible for cleaning according to their own standards. Communication with the owner was quite good, even though I was initially skeptical because the contact number was from Madagascar.

Negative: The apartment itself is spacious, but the windows do not provide good insulation, so I suggest bringing earplugs if you are sensitive to noise while sleeping. One thing that bothered me was the smell of the bedding, which seemed to have a musty odor, probably due to improper drying or non-professional washing.
