Positive: Remote location stunning views on a sheep farm, pool table, a unique touch, friendly collie dog always happy to say a hello, turkeys if your of that generation will give you south park vibes otherwise x2 Tom turkeys learnt more about how a turkey spits and noises they make beyond a gobble so a 1st for everything

Negative: 3 bed accommodation sold as 2 bed and told it was a 2 beds & 3rd room locked prior to arrival now granted we was a 2 person party that mid week went to 1 due to commitments When you're offering a 3 bed its 3 bed regardless number of guests staying as cost for 6 is same price for the 1 or 2 whether the room is used or not that ticked me off a little but was a little brain fogged/tired upon arrival from 4hrs on the road so I didnt catch on till later and by that point it would have just caused amosity between both so bit my lip effect Whilst I understand the property on a working farm the driveway is incredibly bumpy loose gravel onto concrete that would test any suspension outside a 4x4 could do with addressing but I know a cost thing but not a good 1st acquaintance Property clean no issues there but if you suffer with ocd on details then maybe not for you, as windows not clean wood work getting ready in places Given a key to the kitchen door but the door to the pool room no key? Whilst its in a remote location and chances stuff going missing probably low that may frustrate some if you like your stuff under lock n key when you're out Upon returning Thursday id locked the kitchen door leaving but upon unlocking I noticed it was unlocked now this could have been an error on my part or because I was 1 person staying at that point whether the property had been inspected ie no trust whilst I was out I couldnt say and wouldnt comment further if this was the case or an error on my part no neither accountable Pool table come dining table a unique touch but 1 of the pool cues had been given the typical Yorkshire man treatment ie repaired rather then replaced and glued back together and balls seen better days but usable and choice of pool or snooker its a 80-90s conversion but some fit n finishes are beginning to wear just saying if your fussy on details
