Well presented cosy cottage moments from beautiful walks around the Norfolk Broads. A short drive to numerous dog friendly beaches and a great dog friendly pub a short walk away! Sleeping six over three bedrooms (one ground floor with ensuite) and a further shower room upstairs. Four dogs are welcome free of charge.
Kitchen/Diner
The well appointed modern kitchen is spacious and bright. There is a dishwasher, washer-drier, electric oven, ceramic four ring hob, microwave and under counter fridge with ice box. To the right is a dining area to comfortably seat six.
Lounge
Carry on through to the lounge where there is a four and three seater sofa. There is hardwood flooring and large rug. The shelving has a host of games to play and there are throws provided for the sofas.
Downstairs Ensuite Bedroom
Back through the kitchen to reach the downstairs bedroom with kingsize bed. There are bedside tables with lamps and a view over the garden. The large ensuite wet room has a walk in shower and freestanding bath, WC and basin.

Summary: Really enjoyed our week at this beautifully renovated cottage. Walking the dogs by the marina was a treat for them and us. Local beaches in easy reach by car and many were almost empty and dog friendly. A perfect location for a week away in early autumn
