Positive: Location was great, settee extremely comfortable, secure back garden and parking available in garage

Negative: Bit dated, Hoover was terrible and tvs need updating, lounge tv should be bigger and better, they are so cheap these days and smart tv is a minimum.

Summary: Great location, good value for money, comfortable but needs updating, especially tv
