Buckinghams Leary Farm Cottage is a traditional farm cottage, attached to the owners' thatched Devon farmhouse, on a working dairy farm in Filleigh near South Molton and can sleep eight people. There's a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a second double bedroom, a second floor family room with a double bed and two single beds. A separate first floor basin and WC, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture, barbecue and two swings. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Summary: What a wonderful farm house! We stayed for a few nights over new year and had a wonderful time. Hosts were accommodating and very helpful and we had the added bonus of baby lamb wondering around the yard! Thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely return! Thank you!
