Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: We had the section of the property with the fence in front. It was close to Carlton Bay and Charlestown. Very close to the Eden Project and Fowey. The downstairs was basic but had everything you needed. Clever layout of the kitchen with everything needed to cook. It was a decent size for 2-3 people. The double bed was extremely comfortable and despite an initial hitch we all slept very well. Small bathroom with a really good shower.

Negative: There was a dog smell initially, despite laminate floors downstairs. After the first night sleep we found dog hairs in the bed. Once it was raised the bedding was changed, and the new bedding smelt fresh and was clean. We did sleep really well here. It is next to a railway line and there were trains during the day and a couple at night but they were reasonably quiet to be fair. The back yard was a little neglected. A real shame as it could be a nice place to sit with a little tidy up , festoon lights and a few flower pots. The property really is somewhere to sleep and go out for the day and not somewhere you would come and spend time at the property.
