-Treat the property and its furnishings with respect.
-We request damage deposit upon booking. The deposit is fully refundable. The security deposit will be charged to cover the cost of any damages or violations of the house content, appliances, any damaged, lost or missing items and breaking of house rules. The property reserves the right to calculate and deduct the damage deposit accordingly. Upon check-out we return the deposit back within 5-7 business days. All the deposit collections are processed through a secure payment system.
