Cumbrae View is a ground floor flat situated in Largs, North Ayrshire. The property opens up to a spacious entrance hall, leading towards two bedrooms: one super king-size with an en-suite bathroom and WC, and one twin with an electric heater. There is also a family bathroom and WC. It has an open-plan living room, fitted kitchen and dining area with a fireplace. The living room houses a fantastic corner sofa, with seating for five, an armchair and a TV mounted on the wall, directly above the fireplace. There is a glass dining table and chairs, able to seat up to six guests. The kitchen area is fully equipped and ready to use for some excellent home-cooking. Outside has a balcony area with furniture, overlooking the shared garden with views overlooking the sea and is accessed via the living room. Off-road parking is available.
