This is a stunning log cabin in the North Wales countryside, near the coastal village of Aberdaron. To the outside of the property sits a fantastic decking area, it has furniture and is surrounded by delightful views, with a lawn for the children to enjoy. Aberdaron comes a short journey away, it offers a small range of delightful amenities such as a chippy and a café, with a long stretch of beach available to spend your days on. This area of North Wales has plenty of fantastic places to visit, Pwllheli, Abersoch and Porthmadog are three popular seaside resorts offering good selections of amenities and activities, with places like Criccieth and Harlech providing beautiful castles and more history. Why not visit the Italianate village of Portmeirion in Snowdonia for a magical day out for all the family? The Snowdonia National Park is also within driving distance. Nant Y Felin is a brilliant lodge in a great rural location.
The village of Aberdaron is situated around two streams, facing the sea. Up the hills are the buildings that give Aberdaron its character; fishermen's cottages, cafés, shops, and hotels, and the church of St Hywyn. On each side of the river's mouth is the beach for walking and playing on, and a promenade where you can watch the sailing boats in the bay. There is also a National Trust visitor centre and car park. Pwllheli and Abersoch are within easy reach. Discover castles and coves, or enjoy fishing, watersports and golf, all available nearby. The scenery and walks at the Snowdonia National Park area are within easy driving distance, making an ideal base for a varied and enjoyable holiday, at any time of year.
